To all club members: March 2019 Summer Newsletter:

Membership Dues are to be sent to the Antler Club in January. Senior age 65 + $5.00, Adult age 17+ $10.00, Junior age 12 to16-$10.00. Thanks to those who have already paid their dues for the New Year. If you have any questions concerning your dues, please contact us (Jim Kaltenbach or Bill Adams) at 227-2830. If you have any questions about club rental, you can contact Terry Hartle at (814) 226-5392.

The club will be having two–1 week-long groundhog hunts from July 1st to July 6th and from August 12th to August 17th. The groundhog hunts will be held at the rifle range house with weigh in every evening at 8:30 PM. You can sign up at Kelly’s Grocery for both groundhog hunts. Heaviest hog both hunts.

As a reminder, the Members’ Party will be held Friday, August 16th at 7:00 PM. However, please note the date is the SECOND Friday of the month and the start time is 7:00 P.M. Don’t forget there is no Wednesday meeting that month; the members’ party replaces it. During the evening, there will be food, beverages and raffles, so be sure to be here.

With summer comes the Antler Club Family Picnic at the clubhouse. This year’s picnic will be held on Sunday, August 25th starting at 10:00. Dinner will be served at 12:00 noon. The club is providing the meal this year so bring the family for a relaxing afternoon with friends. There will also be side raffles and a 50/50.

If you would like to sign up a new member, it is Senior 65 + $20; Adult 17 + $25; Junior (12-16) $10.

Antler deer season dates may change this year so the Open House and Running Deer shoot dates may also change.
Those dates will be on the 2nd news letter after the new deer season schedule is released by the game Commission.
